Returns & Exchanges

At SAOC ORIGAMI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your garment and place it back into its original box with all original labels attached to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
